"Question Of The Week" is a challenging thought designed to help you grow in God's word.  There are two question on this page.  The first is a weekly question which is typically changed each week.  Below the question itself is a good clue as to where the answer can be found in a NIV Bible.  Take joy in locating the answer.

If you find the weekly question to be easy and are looking for a more challenging question, try to answer the "Super Challenger Question" found at the bottom of this page.  It only changes after someone emails the correct answer to the web master.  Once you have correctly answered the question your name goes onto the "Wall of Fame" board.  Look at this page to see past winners.  How cool would it be for your name to be up there?!!

Last week's question...
What was Jesus' statement that was to be understood as '. . . the Spirit, whom those who believed in him were to later to receive.'

Answer:

John 7:37
37On the last and greatest day of the Feast, Jesus stood and said in a loud voice, "If anyone is thirsty, let him come to me and drink. 38Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, streams of living water will flow from within him." 39By this he meant the Spirit, whom those who believed in him were later to receive. Up to that time the Spirit had not been given, since Jesus had not yet been glorified.
