| Abstract -
This message was delivered on Fathers Day, 2008, and focuses on what makes a good father. Using the story of the prodigal son, Pastor Don points out that a true father is a father under all circumstances. He understands that his children will leave home sometime, but he always has joy when they return. Through his love for his children a father has respect for everyone. When required he shows mercy, emotion, maturity, and forgiveness. As the message unfolds think about how much of this is set as an example by God. |
