0933- "Prince of Peace" (Isaiah 9:6) Currently Available Online The first sentence of the outline below is a startling truth. Today's message is a continuation of last week's message about God's love. Using the story of David and Goliath, Pastor Don introduces that some things are worth fighting for. However, we often make more out of our fears (and challenges) than what they really are. When facing what appears to be insurmountable odds stop and remember that if what you are involved with is God's will then you can know God is on your side, and he has never ending resources to see you through your experience. Not accounting for God's help often causes us to give up in our struggle too early, therefore never securing the goal. When facing challenges others around you become encouraged and inspired. Remember you can win, but you must complete the battle. Are you ready?

At a time when we all make New Year's Resolutions Pastor Don is challenging us to do so with four basic guidelines in mind, wisdom, statue, favor with God, and favor with men. That is to prepare yourself mentally, challenge yourself physically, include spiritual growth and finally, do on to others as you would have them do on to you. Better than just making New Years Resolutions, why not make these a change in lifestyle? Are you up to the challenge to "Balance Your Life In Christ"?
1002- "Faithful To The End" (John 6: 68-69) Currently Available Online We all have those moments when we are at a point where we think we can't or don't want to go any further - we've had enough! The question is "What do you do then?" Do you have what it takes to carry on when it seems like you are all alone? When everyone was leaving Jesus because his teachings were too tough, Jesus asked his disciples "What about you?" Peter's response in verse 69 is the same answer we need to remember when being a Christian seems too hard and we want to quit.
1003- "Fan The Flame" (II Timothy 1:1-9) Currently Available Online Have you ever said that you haven't the talent to accomplish anything for the Lord? How about providing encouragement?! Certainly you can provide encouragement. Paul is doing this in his letters to Timothy who is known for being timid. In this message Pastor Don points out that the only thing we can do with time is "spend it". Once gone we can not get it back, it is gone for ever. So to that end we need to spend it wisely. Pastor Don shows us that Jesus provide a great example of how to spend time, and he goes on to identify several ways to spend time in a productive Christian way. 1009- "Celebration" (Luke 22:7-23) Currently Available Online As we come up on Easter, Pastor Don starts the season by reminding us about the Passover. How was it that you could save your first born from being killed? And what did it mean, the painting of your door post with lamb's blood? What other items do we have today that are a part of the Passover ritual? And finally, by taking part in the Passover and Easter itself, what are we saying about ourselves and out commitment to Jesus? While these are a lot of questions, today's message makes an attempt at better understanding what Easter is all about.
