We are a church that has experienced God's reward many times for our steps of faith. As such we are a strong missions minded church. Visit our Missions page to see how LCCC supports spreading the Word of Jesus.
What's New at LCCC?
2015 is expected to be a year of big growth at Lake Country Christian Church! God is at work and the Holy Spirit is moving within. We are excited about making the transition to instrument lead Praise time. Messages are delivered by Pastor Don Kennedy and Associate Pastor Jamison Deacons.
Andy Rooney - "I've Learned . . ."
Starting the week of June 14, and for the following 29 weeks after, look to this spot each week for a new "Andy
Rooney "I've Learned" comment. These are sayings to live by.
"I've learned .... That the best classroom in the world is at the feet of an elderly person."
Movie night will return in the fall, as we all want to be enjoying summer Sunday evenings with family.
It Starts at Home!
LCCC launches its first small group study of 2015. Based on improving ourselves as parents, this group meets
every other week for a total of 12 weeks (6 sessions) and starts on May 27th at 6:00PM.
Here is what Pastor Jamison says about this group. "Join us in our home (Jamison's house) as we learn together how to better raise our children and teach them about God. Become apart of a loving community of parents who encourage one another as we work through the challenges of parenthood. We will meet every other Wednesday night leaving the opposite Wednesdays open for family time. Child care will be provided as well as food and fun."
